Fabrice Deroubaix, chef proprietor creates an intelligent classical French cuisine with flair of English heritage, which sparkles with flavours. Bringing a little bit of France to English shores.
Only the best fresh produce is purchased by myself locally and also at the London markets. This results in a total home made cuisine, speciality food, fine wine, and gourment dinning.
